Excellent Service. When I initially booked my travel, Falls Vision responded quickly and suggested some changes that would better accommodate all of the activities that I wanted to do. Without their helpful suggestions, I wouldn't have been able to see all that I wanted to. Their experience and expertise became abundantly clear from my first interaction with them. Using Falls Vision is the only way to go!

Falls Vision Receptivo were very efficient, accurate, friendly, welcoming, personal and informative in their e-mail contacts and also in the reception at the airport.
Only problem was that the car failed to turn up at 04.30hrs to take us to the airport at the end! Fortunately the night porter managed to arrange a taxi and a last minute dash got us there in time. Rather than repaying us the money, please could you divide it between our excellent guides, Clarise and Edson.

This isn't about the franchisee/website, but if you could pass it along for other visitor's greeting at the airport:
The "greeting" at the airport could have gone alittle better: we didn't notice your greeting sign because you were standing on the right side of the entrance. All the other company's greeters were on the left and our attention was drawn that way. But after asking several people we were directed back to your office.

The service provided by Falls Vision Receptivo was excellent!
Prior to our trip we had regular communication by e-mail with Fabio and Marcos, who helped us plan our 3-day visit to Iguazu.
Upon our arrival at the airport, we were met by a friendly young man, Julio, who went out of his way to assist and guide us during those 3 days.
He helped make our visit to the Falls, both at the Brazilean and Argentinean sides,memorable and enjoyable, as well as the visit to the Itaipu Dam and the Birds Park;it was fantastic!

My flight was schduled to arrive at Iguacu at midnight, and it was delayed, and I was unlucky to be the last one to get the luggage. By that time, it was about 1:30am in the morning. I was excited to find that Marcos from the Iguazu office holding a sign of my name at the exit. I appreciate their servie.

The reaction on the online reservation was very fast and could even be clarified via a one on one telephone conversation. All request done in the reservation were honored and the E:mail correspondence was fast, transparent and with good follow up to correct mistakes in the reservation.
