World Tourism Week

According to a national program designed to implement the policy of a municipal city whose tourism potential is real and effective, the City of Foz do Iguaçu, created the COMTUR - Municipal Tourism Council of Foz do Iguaçu, a body of normative character, consultative and deliberative, responsible for the connection between the government and Civil Society. Since its creation by Law No. 2442 of 24/09/2001, has worked together with the entities that take part in socioeconomic factors related to tourism in the city. Through this event, they try to give all the knowledge on the role of the Council, their actions and attitudes in seeking the promotion of tourism.
