Recanto Park Hotel has water and energy saving programmes, which are continually developed through training and re-training.
The Hotel provides in-room towel rack hangers asking guests to consider re-using their towels to help preserve water (less washing of towels and less emission of washing detergents into the environment). Additional ways that guests are encouraged to participate are by reporting:
- Any leaks to management,
- Shutting off faucets while brushing teeth or shaving,
- Taking short showers, and
- Moderating use of the thermostat.
