Late check out policy:

- Half daily rate is charged for check-out from 2 pm to 6 pm 
- Full daily rade will be charged after 6 pm

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children under five years old are free
- Older than five years old will be charged normally as an adult

Cancellation Policy:

- No charge for cancellations made seven days prior to the arrivel date
- No-show or cancellation within seven days of arrival will be charged one daily rate
